Spiritual growth/healing and living gently on the planet are my primary passions and focus in life. While I am not an overly religious person, I am a deeply spiritual one. My spiritual beliefs and practices, as well as my healing skills, are eclectic. I am a firm believer in past lives, the existence of other realities besides this one, and the power we inherently have to co-create our lives, whether that be a conscious or unconscious creation.

I practice and teach a number of modalities, from 'traditional' to 'alternative'. The traditional ones are Reiki, Karuna®, Shambhalla, Theta, remote viewing, crystals, essential oils, and sound healing. The alternative ones include sensual enhancement exercises, sensual massage and certain techniques from "neo-tantra", among others. To me, the form of the energy work is not as important as is the intention behind the energy work and the form, that the person seeking the healing, is most comfortable in receiving.

Through the use of these different energy healing modalities, you can

• release old patterns, beliefs, and thoughts,
• step into new ones to take you to the next level of awareness,
• revitalize and rejuvenate yourself with The Life Force Energy,
• manifest conciously that which you desire in your life, and
• access more deeply your inner knowing, serenity, and joy.
